Private Pool & Games - Urban Retreat

The property was decorated very cute and quaint, however it needs some love. The back patio and pool were unable to be used due to overgrown landscaping and a very dirty pool. The house was clean(ish), the bathroom sink doesn’t drain, the towel rack in the bathroom was literally about to fall off the wall, the wallpaper was falling off the wall, duck tape covering a hole was painted over. The microwave tray inside isn’t the right tray it doesn’t fit. Lots of updates were done but poorly done. The property needs a landscaper desperately and a good cleaning.

My family and I had a great experience staying here. Such a beautiful home to stay in. Enough room for my kids to do their own things. Loved the backyard. Also, it was located in area where everything was close which was a a huge convenience for us. Would definitely come back to stay again

The property is nice, decently kept but some minor improvements could be made. All in all a good place with a pool. Location is a little interesting. We had a ton of fun in the yard catching lizards, playing the ring game, in the pool, etc. We found ourselves venturing to Clearwater daily. Tampa wasn’t it for us.
